Interesting. NB that the interviewer isn’t right to describe EEA FOM as just about workers (let alone “come here with a job”): the citizenship directive applies in the EEA.
@Keir_Starmer doesn’t repeat that error and deals with the point on a more abstract level, rather than dealing directly with Norway +.

I read this (but may well be wrong) as a sign that Starmer is thinking not so much about Norway + but in terms of a political declaration with a blurred line on FOM (very generous EU/UK mobility framework) in the expectation that that opens up a much better deal on services etc).
