What did the president mean when he tweeted this morning that Democrats are so “nuts,” they’re “even stealing people who work at White House”?

It now seems he was referring to at least one former administration staffer who was recently hired by Schiff’s House Intel Committee.
A committee aide confirms to CBS's @Olivia_Gazis that the panel has “hired people with prior experience on the National Security Council staff for oversight of the agencies, and will continue to do so at our discretion.”
The aide adds, “It’s astounding that the President of the United States has time to complain about losing staff to the Committee – perhaps he should work on being a better employer.”
Schiff's committee claims it hasn’t hired anyone “directly” from the White House, and it’s not clear when the staffer, or staffers, in question left their employment in the executive branch.
