[1/25] After the match against Lyon I decided to write my feelings and opinion down about the team, Valverde and his system. Not because I would be reactionary, but these thoughts are in my head for a long time and wanted to share them.

[2/25] At first, it's a must to explain how I would be satisfied. I really don't have many expectations, just one: play beautifully. In my vocabulary it means fast ball circulation, combinating in a small area, making runs, creating 2v1 situations and space.

[3/25] Currently I see a really slow and not-well-planned build-up, zero speed at the midfield without a single idea, players far from their best position and role on the pitch, weird starting XI choices and relying too much on individual performances.

[4/25] In my opinion it's crucial to not take the players far from the place (and role) where they can perform. A player was playing in a position yesterday, but today he will find himself elsewhere with different tasks. This is on of the many reasons why they are out of form.

[5/25] Playing two players closely should only happen if they have cohesion. For example the Semedo - Dembélé pair works like a charm. And what do we see instead of this dream wing? Roberto - Dembélé, or the Frenchman on the other side and Alba - Dembélé. Both are ineffective.

[6/25] We are here a year after the signing of Coutinho, and what do we see? The Brazilian is completely lost. He has no position in the team. He always gets different roles. Sure, he isn't finding himself, but Valverde really didn't help him with the given tasks.

[7/25] Moreover Ernie really isn't trying to find a place where Coutinho can shine. Always puts him into the same role where he struggles. I'm not saying he shouldn't play better, but what is the idea behind it? Maybe after the 30th time he will show himself?

[8/25] The addressed "solution" isn't even just bad managing, it's a joke. If he play can't play there, then put him on the bench and find someone instead or help him with a different role. The current way isn't leading anywhere.

[9/25] And the Suárez-situation. I have no idea what happened to him. He can't even hit the ball into the right direction. Oh, and what happens? He is one of the untouchable guys on the field, who cares if he delivers a disasterclass? As we see, Valverde doesn't.

[10/25] Suárez simply kills the game at the final third and he is unsubbable. People say because he is one of Messi's bff. I say because Ernie has no balls and incompetent to manage the situation. Play with 3 dynamic players upfront, why do we have to watch this?

[11/25] Just imagine the team without ter Stegen's unbelievable performances, Piqué's class and Leo's GOATing things. So without the really world-class performances. What remains? A team without idea, speed and creativity. Just this "system" remains.

[12/25] After the babyraging, let's highlight the light in the dark. Arthur isn't just promising, but with him the midfield has speed, depth and idea about what is the next step. When he is on the pitch, the game is under control. Most of the time.

[13/25] But... when Busquets and Rakitic are next to each other. The shitstorm starts. They were great together 2 or 3 years before. Rakitic could do the dirty-job as a piece of the puzzle and Sergio was the brain of the team.

[14/25] This isn't the situation anymore. They are a bad pair like others, as I stated before. Both are slow and if even one of them has a bad day, they kill the speed of the ball circulation. The team just can't carry these 2 players at the same time.

[15/25] A Busquets/Rakitic - Arthur - ? midfield needs to happen. Who should to be the 3rd choice? I don't know. Trust me, I'm not coming from the hell, but my choice would be Coutinho. If not him, then Alena or Vidal.

[16/25] The Brazilian has the abilities to bring speed, but he must collect the pieces of his confidence and form. In my opinion he could perform there, just needs time in a different role to develop himself. Now is maybe the last chance to make this decision.

[17/25] So, what I'd like to see? As a start, a starting XI without issues. Play Dembélé on the right and Semedo behind him. If Suárez really has to start, try Coutinho as a midfielder again. He was good last season there. If he can bench, then a Dembouz, Leo and Coutinho line.

[18/25] And Arthur as a fix starter. Don't play Rakitic and Busquets at the same time. Roberto is not a good right-back, should only start in that position against weaker teams.

[19/25] But, most importantly: a coach with balls. I don't care if it's Ernie or not. Just be a man and do your job. I would like to see Barcelona-football, not this shit. Where is the style which everyone loves? Barely comes in the light.

[20/25] The playing style has to be the number 0 principle, not some extra if the team can win.

[21/25] The future and present look good, only a striker is missing and a player behind Alba. There is no excuse for what we see.

[22/25] Few thoughts about the Lyon game: the speed was slow and the team was one-sided. Alba and Dembélé were disturbing each other. The build-up was a disaster and the ball circulation was really slow. It's a joke from a team which has a fast pass 'n' run football in its DNA.

[23/25] There weren't much chances even if there were like 25 shots. Sure, Suárez killed the game, but still.

[24/25] Leo seems exhausted and he plays every time. He has to regenerate himself, but it will likely not happen. He is not even close to his best form. Barca will be in a really big trouble this year in the CL, if everything stays in its current state.

[25/25] I have really much hope for the league-trophy and the reaching of the Copa del Rey final is a must. I'd like to finish the thread as I started: There will be no bad feelings in me if the team starts to play beautifully, but Valverde has to change.
