The judge in Roger Stone's case has rejected Stone's arguments that the government violated a sealing order re: sending out his indictment to reporters post-arrest assets.documentcloud.org/documents/5753… "The defendant misapprehends the clear purpose and the intent of the sealing order."
Judge Amy Berman Jackson says there was nothing in the record to substantiate Stone's claim that CNN had been tipped off in advance
The judge said the sealing order clearly said it would expire once Stone was in custody, so there was no violation for Mueller's office to post the indictment online and send it out after he was arrested, even if the docket wasn't public yet
