More specifically, Stone is arguing the DC court lacks jurisdiction because no one involved is in DC, nor were any of the events at issue, and that Corsi failed to meet the standard for alleging defamation, given that he's a limited public figure and the bar is higher
Stone's lawyers argue he had grounds to say that Corsi committed perjury (the comments that Corsi is claiming were defamatory) because Corsi himself made public the fact that he expected to be indicted for that
