Dr @Swamy39 made the following points in Ram Mandir Case today, will tweeting in sequence in following tweets-

1) That the parameters of Ram Mandir Case have been settled, the Govt has acquired the land as per Ayodhya Act.

The validity of Ayodhya Act has been upheld by Court.

Had to pause tweeting @Swamy39 arguments in Ram Mandir Case, as on TV Debates, will resume shortly

2) That Any Party wining the case, any only get compensation from Govt, the land is now for Govt to give in Public Purpose.

That land for Temple at Ram Janambhoomi can be give by Govt.

3) That clear decision of PV Narasimha Govt, that in case Temple found below the structure, land will be given to Hindus for construction of Ram Mandir.

That later ASI found that Temple pre- existed & thus land has to be given for making Ram Mandir

4) that under the concept of ‘eminent domain’, the Government is anyways empowered to take over any land in the public interest under the concept of “eminent domain” & Article 300A by paying reasonable and fair compensation.

5) then Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao and submitted before this Hon’ble Court [Ismail Faruqui vs. Union of India (1994) 6 SCC 360] that will “enforce a solution” inter alia as follows:

“….if the question referred is answered in the affirmative, namely that a Hindu Temple

6) if the question referred is answered in the affirmative, namely that a Hindu temple/structure did exist prior to the construction of the demolished structure, government action will be in support of the wishes of the Hindu community.

7) If one the other hand, the question is answered in the negative, namely that no such Hindu temple/ structure existed at the relevant time, then government action will be in support of the wishes of the muslim community…
