@kimgoodwin Let's not be data-driven. "It doesn't have a moral compass, data is an idiot!" Let's be data-informed. Set bounds on your goals, have values you won't sacrifice, and have metrics on how you measure both. @kimgoodwin #IAC19

@kimgoodwin Focusing on values also changes your metrics. How do you know you're applying your values correctly? It's more complex than measuring engagement. @kimgoodwin #IAC19

@kimgoodwin A profession has a body that punishes people who screw up badly like in law - IA/design doesn't have it yet. @kimgoodwin says it's complicated and still requires a lot of thought. But it's something to think about! #IAC19
