Hi I’m still waiting siting for a response about this highly offensive tweet. These were real people and these are deep wounds and I can’t imagine you really said this so if you didn’t I’d like to confirm that.
Since you refuse to respond, I’m going to assume it’s real.

The irony here is I actually thought we had a productive dialog and I am genuinely extremely disappointed.

Blocking you now. This kind of offensive thing has NO PLACE in our dialogue and I genuinely hope you change.
If anyone is wondering about context, @koush said this shit to me after I told we lost half of our family in the Holocaust.

I went to Stanford on scholarship. My dad and brother never made it past eighth grade. I worked so hard to get in and was shocked at the legacy kids.

I remember thinking, "Why would you come to one of the great learning institutions of the world and then smoke all that weed?"
Since few people in my family ever went to college, I remember thinking I was gonna get there and everyone was going to be in lab coats or something.

During freshman orientation, someone suggested we go to a frat party and I remember thinking, "They still have those?"
I was in the federal work study program and worked 15 hours-a-week all 4 years while taking 18 units a quarter, maintaining a 3.8 GPA & graduating w honors.

For a kid whose dad & uncles had gone to prison instead of college, it felt like the best opportunity I'd ever been given.

Paul Manafort is a rich white man who stole millions, tampered witnesses & undermined US democracy. He got 4 years in prison.

Crystal Mason is a black woman who mistakenly cast a ballot in a local election. She got 5 YEARS.

Never tell me there is equal justice in this country.
Crystal is mother who was given 5 years for mistakenly casting a provisional ballot. That's it.

This cruelty to her & her children is unnecessary and avoidable.
