I’m friends with a few folks who work at STRATCOM, it’s pretty nuts right now.

A good chunk of nonessential personnel won’t be able to report to work for at least a few days because of the flooding.
The mission won’t be impacted, but several buildings have been damaged.

It’s a good thing Trump is trying to steal funds from military construction for his wall, huh?

People like @Anna_Soubry and @ChukaUmunna have been making a good case for @peoplesvote_uk based on the idea that in the original ref people didn’t know what kind of Brexit they were voting for. This makes sense because some people voted leave expecting to stay in SM etc 1/
The problem is the counter argument is also good. The mandate granted to the ref was to decide whether we stayed or left and everyone involved was clear about that at the time. To those with a sense of proportion this isn’t convincing but Brexiteers are people of principle 2/

1) Sealed indictments?

By now there's a very good chance some have been filed as a safety valve to protect against any illegal firing of Mueller.

A sealed indictment survives the prosecutor who files it, if he's fired.

It could be amended (in theory) from time to time.

Sure.
2) RICO or racketeering conspiracy charges?

Seems pretty likely to me. @TheDemocrats outlined what such a proposition would look like in their federal lawsuit.

I predicted a RICO indictment by Mueller in #TrumpRussia in October.

But there's more RICO possibility than just that

Why not just go speak to the Grand Jury? Clearly, it's not about avoiding spending more time talking about the investigation and your experience...
