There's something odd going on with the update of this petition. The tallies per country/constituency were not updating for a while, frozen. Now they are updating but seem to be out of sync with the total sometimes exceeding the running tally. But timestamp not changing. As here: 
So confirmation that it's being updated in two passes. Here the running total has been updated but the counts per country/constituency have not. Annoyingly this means the running total it's always out of sync with the tallies. Either too high or too low to tally up.
Here again, no update to the timestamp but the count per country/constituency has been updated.
