#Avenatti is screwed, he’s going to sing like canary🤣

First of all this douche lied over and over to the IRS (not smart) he pretended he didn’t know anything about payroll taxes (this case mainly addresses his coffee company) anyway they tried to work with him but he kept hustling.

Everything was scanned and emailed to Avenatti but he kept telling IRS he had no idea what was happening. It got so sketchy his employees turned themselves in and were terrified he would punish them.

He was stealing money from Tully coffee shops (blue collar Americans) and paying his law firm who didn’t even represent the company!

Typical tactic of his, when an employee leaked details of the scam Avenatti screamed “I will fucking destroy him” and said he was willing to sue his own coffee shop employees.

He lied under oath (which he’s not being charged with) 🙄

He stole millions and millions from law firm and spent it on “luxury items” like cars, watches, jewelry and remodeling his home. Basically carbon copy of what Manafort was mocked for. Will @CNN be covering this as extensively?

$64 million in 2014 and also
$70 million in 2014 but never filed taxes😂Derp. That’s going to sting.

Anyway long story short he’s going through the exact same process Cohen did. A “filter team” is in place to review all his emails/texts and every single bank transaction is under review..oh my..hopefully no one paid him for anything illegal or vice versa. #BASTA
