Oh and California is 55 electoral votes (it’ll be 60 if they keep the census question off) OR in their dream land without the electoral college its over 30% of the vote so this is everyone’s problem.

Great idea @RepCummings everyone on the hill should release last 10 years of their financial records. Start with @SenFeinstein who’s had a “trust” since the 90’s it’ll be nice to see how she spent the billions meant for CA’s high-speed rail, it certainly wasn’t on building it🤣

I was at Portland's "Womxn's March" today. The group used that spelling to avoid the word "man." This is supposed to be more inclusive. Some black bloc antifa people didn't want me there.
A small group of young conservatives went to the "Womxn's March" to try & talk with demonstrators. They were cussed out. They wore @benshapiro "Facts Don't Care About Your Feelings" shirts.
When controversial right-wing activist Joey Gibson/Patriot Prayer (@JoeyRockstone) showed up, a masked antifa person tried to fight him. He was pushed back by Gibson's friend. #womxnsmarchpdx

Something has been playing on my mind. There is a young homeless guy who always sits outside a shop near Pollokshields & I always see him as I'm passing there or going into the shop. [1/13] THREAD ⬇️
On day before Christmas Eve I passed on way to Shawlands and I seen him sitting there in the cold & the rain. I picked up my meds etc & picked him up some hot sausage rolls & a pie from the bakery on Kilmarnock Road. [2/13]
I came to the shop where he was & pulled over & went to the cash machine & lifted some money. I approached him and said hello to him & he shook my hand. I gave him the food & gave him the money. An older man (about mid 50's, early 60's) was standing watching. [3/13]

I met Shyla last year in a meeting. Her father had dreamt of making her a doctor. But his dreams drowned in the sewer he had died in. This is her story. (ruralindiaonline.org/articles/my-mo…)
Ten years later, Shyla is almost close to realising her father’s dream. She is doing her nursing course, and she needs help. As a society that sent her father down the sewers, I think it is our responsibility to see that she becomes a nurse.
When I met her again last month, Shyla was exuding confidence. “I will soon be a nurse and if you need anything, call me over” she told me and i cant wait.
Shyla’s course fee for third year comes close to Rs 1 lakh. I already have someone pledging Rs 10,000.

1/16 I live in #California and while not in harm’s way of the #CaliforniaFires, I empathize. Yesterday while driving to the post office, I heard on the radio about the people who died in their cars because they couldn’t make it out in time.
2/16 I teared up in front of the post office worker, it just freaking hit me while we were chatting. People burned alive, not because they ignored an order to evacuate, but because the fires were simply that fast.
3/16 The kind postal worker and I shared a moment—talked about loved ones and friends affected. She shared how her husband was helping people in their nearby community.
