It is just so frustrating to see how little they understand about how US-enforced policies are precisely what are driving people out
Sickening that the very country that spends billions to destabilize a region refuses to invest in building the infrastructure for stability
People do not WANT to leave their homes. They love their culture, food, daily rhythms of life. Migration to the US means giving up who they are to become disrespected, discriminated laborers in a foreign land
People only leave when survival is untenable, when free trade and securitization (promoted by and benefiting the US and global corporations) push them out of their homes
