Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and the commissioners approved a $31 million, 10-year contract with Dominion Voting Systems last September.

1) With the recent twist of events regarding the Jussie Smollet case, Chicago's corruption is front and center once again. Many are praising Rahm Emanuel after his great performance in acting as if he had no prior knowledge of the decision made in the Smollet case
2) Emanuel began his political career as the finance director for Illinois Public Action Council (IPAC) in the 1980s. He worked alongside now Congresswoman (1999) Jane Schakowsky, wife of IPAC's founder and Clinton Operative, Robert Creamer.

Don't argue too much on this.
Nigeria had 109 Senators as at the time Saraki was "elected" as Senate President by just 57 Senators. If that was constitutional & seen to have formed a "quorum"
then removing Saraki by 2/3 of the same "quorum" is constitutional...

Does the constitution say that the Senate President MUST come from the Majority party/ruling party?
Simple logic:
Can a Senator from the MINORITY be the Majority leader of the house?
Can a Senator from the Majority party be the Minority leader? 🤔🤔
