For 2 Reasons:
1. Overcoming Self Consciousness.
2. A deeper understanding of self.
Let me explain...
A lot of people are unable to take trips by themselves.
They think it's 'weird' to do it.
And they feel embarrassed not having someone to take a trip with.
Heck, you may fall into this boat right now.
'Too many to count.'
Why?
'Because going by myself would feel awkward.'
Why?
'Because I need to go with people.'
No, you don't.
That's a limiting belief.
You can make your own moves as you please.
Going on a few trips by yourself transitions your mind from:
-Dependent -> Independent.
Believe it or not, you'll come out of a trip with more clarity.
You have the chance to spend time with yourself in a new environment.
Currently, you don't have the responsibilities, bills & problems of the real world consuming your mind.
Making sense of your past, finding clarity on the present, architecting a structure for your future.
Whatever it is, you will come out with a deeper sense of self.
As long as you aren't on your phone all day.
Before ruling it off, give it a try.
Find a weekend where you can go somewhere new.
Go by yourself & restrict technology usage.
And just explore & reflect.
Give it a try & grasp control of your internal world!
