Tuesday is coming. It’s going to be a big day in the #HoC for #PWD and for the right reasons. Big reasons. @BonitaZarrillo has been a big supporter of Bill C-22 which will help the lives of Canadians with Disabilities all over the country. There are many unanswered questions. A🧵
To say that @CQualtro has her hands full with this is the understatement of the year. She’s endured big time scrutiny and for all the right reasons. #PWD are legitimately going to #MAiD bc of poverty situations. So why hasn’t this been a bigger deal? We can say whatever we want.

Loss of #UNSC seat bid by🌐PM @JustinTrudeau was a heavy blow, underscored by its intense and costly diplomatic push. It is not possible to enter the thoughts of the Prime Minister and know to what extent (if any) Canada’s latest candidacy for Secretary General of #OECD now /3
motivates his actions. Nothing happens in a vacuum. AND, in this instance, for whatever reasons @JustinTrudeau made the decision to not only speak out publicly, but to also brush off India's subsequent criticism. Doing so publicly reasonably equates with a desire to be seen. /4
I am very disappointed in the #cdnmedia. Their he said she said approach without fact-checking enabled some elected officials to lie to us about vaccines on tv and in press for two weeks. They let the misinformation out and let it grow bigger.
