Nunes sits on the HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE. He *chaired* that committee when all this stuff was going down. So he has the evidence.

Unless Schiff, Nunes isn't basing his claims - being made in court mind you - on empty-clenched-fist bullshit.
Nunes is claiming he can *prove* this about 1 of McClatchy's reporters in a court of law and win damages.

Twitter knew the defamation was (& is) happening. Twitter let it happen because Twitter had (& has) a political agenda & motive as it allows its platform to serve as a portal of defamation in order to undermine public confidence in Nunes & Republicans while benefiting opponents.
Twitter breached its duty of reasonable care...it failed to take action to enforce its Terms & Rules in the face of known abusive behavior & failed to reasonably monitor and police the platform to ensure that rampant abuse and defamation was not occurring. scribd.com/document/40229…
