Yep. They’re going to blame it on Muslims even if there’s not a shred of evidence, their little terror-boners demand it.
I get it, but my serious answer is, we need to know exactly what they are doing and exactly what we are up against. I don't think ignoring it is an option.
More specifically, the President of the United States is observably choosing to get "informed" from these sweaty-teethed white supremacy conspiracy mavens, and his party takes their cues from him, and we need to push back hard with both hands right at the source.
This is what they are. They currently have the platform and the ear of power. They intend to make a tragic fire do what they want it to do.
