3/20/2019 | Joshua Schulte prisoner complaint for violation of civil rights; 88 pages; filed 4/12/2019

cryptome.org/2019/04/schult…
In his October 2018 WordPress blog, Schulte had mentioned that he had intended to leverage his expertise in network security to secure business opportunities with major corporations, like Sony and Target.

Schulte claims he was earning around $18k/month while working for Bloomberg LP.

He also claims—due to the FBI's (unfair) investigation into him since March 2017—an income loss of around $50 billion.
He says he started a consulting firm in 2017: Schulte, LLC.
Josh Schulte LLC was incorporated in Florida on 9/9/2015, and dissolved later the next year on 9/23/2016.

Two new FBI search warrant dates I hadn't seen before:

* April 14, 2017
* May 10, 2017
Schulte didn't tell the FBI that his passport during the initial 3/15/2017 raid on his apartment.

He was apparently followed to Bloomberg sometime shortly thereafter, and was compelled to turn the passport over.

He claims the stash of illicit images on his desktop computer was discovered by the FBI sometime around April 2017, but claims that at least one of the pictures was a painting/cartoon. (?)
He claims his cell phone had been stolen from him by the FBI, and that compensation for this loss should be $100,000.
...except in August 2017, Schulte's attorney (Smith) had argued to the court that Schulte had willingly and voluntarily unlocked and handed over his cell phone to federal investigators.

He claims he met with and cooperated with the FBI concerning a counterespionage investigation (WikiLeaks), probably beginning from in or around April 2017.
By 6/26/17, it seems Schulte had been made aware of the basis (WikiLeaks) of the FBI's interviews.

On December 5th, 2017, Schulte had been scheduled by Pretrial Services to be relocated from his NYC apartment to be near his family in Lubbock, Texas.

On December 14th, 2017, U.S. Magistrate Judge Crotty denied bail for Schulte, and remanded him to custody of the U.S. Marshals.

At a time unknown, the FBI had raided the law office of an attorney in Texas who Schulte had hired to work on his bail application.

(Possibly sometime in or around December 2017?)
Schulte claims that then-AG Sessions had accused him of disclosing the identities of CIA officers sometime in April 2018.
Schulte had allegedly conspired with another inmate to smuggle contraband cell phones into the MCC.

The other inmate, apparently, is a "jailhouse snitch."
Here's what the Govt had to say about the contraband cell phones on 10/31/2018.

The Govt allegedly says that access to the LAN (?)—where Schulte had stolen the classified information in 2016—was limited to about 200 CIA employees ("CIA Group").
Guessing the "LAN" could potentially refer to Schulte's home brew apartment server, where he supposedly had "50-100+ different users" who engaged in various activities, including reverse engineering.
