Prayer is calling upon your "senior partner" in a covenant relationship to use his vast resources to cover up and help you in an area where you are weak. This is why when our weaknesses get apparent to us, it is only an opportunity to experience God in our lives.
This is the reason why Paul said I now take pleasure in my weaknesses, infirmities, necessities, for God had said to him "my grace is sufficient for you in your weak areas shall my strength be made perfect." It is the dynamics of a covenant relationship where there is an exchange
Our confidence, when in need, to call upon His help rests upon we keeping our part of the covenant. This part is what David discovered which is the offer up praise continually unto Him which is the fruit of our lips giving thanks. Never should we be found murmuring or complaining

The reason why when we look through the prism of our Pentecostal theology there appear to be fewer demons in Europe and the western world operating in witchcraft is that many of the things we attribute to demons is a result of poor planning, mental laziness, lack of skill...etc
A building collapses people die, we say spiritual forces were on the attack & not think about the foundation of the building and the science behind the construction. Demons are not as powerful as we attribute them to be. We have given them too much glory. They are not as involved
We have said our failure in national growth is based on strong spirits at work. Nations like Malaysia, UAE put certain principles in place and they began to experience growth, did those demons just decide to leave them? Is it that the demons just prefer Africa for some reasons?

Giving up is the great sin. Everyone who is walking the path, fulfilling their dreams have had to at one point walk through a valley where the pressure to quit was real. Many have thrown in the towel at this place even though there were hidden opportunities to do great things.
Those who have walked the path will tell you it is never as bleak and bad as you think. The path to success is very close to you.
The consistent pursuit of a thing with a focused mind where your thoughts are regularly and in a periodic manner consciously directed at the end game is the secret to the law of the Spirit of life which puts you over any obstacle.

When Jesus said "it is more expedient for you that I go away.." his disciples felt he should never leave. Truth is your teaching will become counter productive if you hang around always helping out till people become dependent on you with no memory of how to live without you.
Some teams have allowed their coaches to stay so long that by the time he left there was no institutional memory in the management of the club without that particular coach. They begin to struggle because the whole set up has been subconsciously programmed with him as the leader.
Teach but never let people become dependent on you. Always create opportunities for many people to get things done in your set-up without direct assistance from you.

I met Shyla last year in a meeting. Her father had dreamt of making her a doctor. But his dreams drowned in the sewer he had died in. This is her story. (ruralindiaonline.org/articles/my-mo…)
Ten years later, Shyla is almost close to realising her father’s dream. She is doing her nursing course, and she needs help. As a society that sent her father down the sewers, I think it is our responsibility to see that she becomes a nurse.
When I met her again last month, Shyla was exuding confidence. “I will soon be a nurse and if you need anything, call me over” she told me and i cant wait.
Shyla’s course fee for third year comes close to Rs 1 lakh. I already have someone pledging Rs 10,000.

What has been so disgraceful about the BBC's treatment of the alleged corruption of the Brexit referendum is that it puts journalism last.
Instead of using its resources -- which are far larger than any other news organisation -- to report and investigate, its reporters and editors pontificate about the consequences of the journalism of others.
Here @bbclaurak opines about that the National Crime Agency investigation into Leave.EU is "unlikely now to have a material effect". It's not just that she has no possible way of knowing this -- BBC journalists can no more see the future than you or I can.
