Enough already with the Barr mantra "There was no underlying crime, so no obstruction."

And 3. Mueller documented a preponderance of evidence of conspiracy and illegal coordination with Russian govt (through Kilimnik and separately through Assange). Obstruction made it harder to get from preponderance to “beyond reasonable doubt.”
4. Even if Manafort sharing polling data with the Russian govt through a Russian spy is not a felony by Manafort or Trump, it is probably a civil election law violation punishable by a fine.
