They won't even mention us in a BAD light (which we've suggested to some of the reporters). These editors/publishers don't want readers to *know we exist* full stop.

It's dangerous & insidious because most Americans believe the Fourth Estate is devoted (as it once was) to the pursuit of (often uncomfortable) truths. It's about the deliberate decision taken by editors/publishers NOT to devote investigative resources to the more troubling aspects of trans activism; to be propaganda outlets, abandon the sacred duty of the Fourth Estate to tackle difficult issues w/the nuance they deserve.

One of the profound frustrations in all this: We are accused of anti-LGBT bigotry, when we have only fought for our LGB teens' right to mature without gender-doctor interference.
