The money behind the #FederalistSociety is no mystery. Charrles Koch has given it $6.5M directly since 1997, plus shifting $$$ through other ‘non-profits’ (Donors Trust & Donors Capital Fund, plus collecting a network of other billionaires and corporations (“#KochNetwork).
Charles Koch owes #KochIndustries, the largest privately-owned energy company in the nation., His direct charity is the Charles G. Koch Foundation. In 2017 it gave the Federalist Society $627,000 directly.

An excellent book on Koch, through its publication (2016), is Jane Mayer’s #DarkMoney.

Koch and his network also corrupt political campaigns, and, thanks to their b. boy, Pence, much of the original Cabinet came from Network connections
Koch’s crazy - Ann Rand Wild West crazy - believing that America should go back what it was in the 1820’s. Or even before – little or no Federal govt, so really 50 different states.
He and they are the money behind the 28th Amendment movements. It is just a coincidence that no government is the best for an oil company.
