1. Here’s some interesting information regarding the Stefan Halper contract and the resulting retaliation against Whistleblower Adam Lovinger. Lovinger had complained that there were some contracts that were for Hillary Clinton’s cronies that had serious concerns about.
2. Looking into the Stefan Halper Office of Net Assessment contracts I came across Undercover Huber posting about Barbara Westgate who heads up the WHS agency. Westgate was pulled out of retirement in April 2016 to head up WHS.
3. As I delved into the retaliation of Adam Westgate I came across this linked article. Barbara Westgate put Adam Lovinger under a WHS civil servant names Karen Meyers.
4. Digging into Karen Meyers more I realized Karen Meyers within the DOD WHS was the same person named Karen Finnegan who worked in the State Department handling the Hillary Clinton e-mail sorting along side Cheryl Mills.

5. From reading all the reports on the internet about Lovinger it didn’t look like he knew that th person retaliating was conected to the Clintons. So I reached out to Adam Lovinger through LinkedIn to let him know in case he didn’t. Adam Lovinger quickly replied
6. back to me asking for a phone chat. I followed up with a write up of all the pieces I pulled together from public articles about Karen Finnegan being involved in the Clinton email scandal with Mills.
7. I also showed the two guys supposedly independently investigating Lovinger were best buddies along with some other interesting interrelationships- showing they weren’t really doing independent investigations.
8. A couple days later Lovinger thanked me - let me know the information I provided him was very helpful - he and his attorney put together a package and sent it to the IG who was handling his whistleblower case. In discussing the nature of the Stefan Halper ONA contracts
9. it turns out that the contracts are handled and managed by WHS agency - headed up by this mysterious person Barbara Westgate who was pulled out of retirement in April 2016 to head it up.
10. I asked Lovinger what WHS does - as it’s a bit secretive- and he replied that where all the deep state people contracts/people are. As I dug into WHS more it turns out there’s ongoing discussions within the Trump administration about breaking the WHS agency up.
