I've been working on a story about Rockstar. Specifically Jeronimo Barrera, the man accused in this article.

A quote from one of my sources about the man's reputation:

Allegedly he got shitcanned because Rockstar was worried about the changing attitudes toward sexism. He and upper management "talking about the tits of female employees" was becoming an issue.
He got games made "by beating developers into submission. He came from the yelling school of productivity management."
There's a lot more, which I've been working on examining. But that's just some of what I've been told.

I should clarify, the quote is more about metaphorical beating - yelling and screaming, not physical. But as the Kotaku article suggests, he's not above crossing very clear physical boundaries.
