Ummm...nope...

2...in this, the President of the United States demonstrates he doesn't know or understand fundamental history of the United States, or the Constitution he pledged to uphold.

America had been under the rule of a sovereign - King George III, who exercised "powers you wouldnt...

3...believe." While there was interest in giving George Washington sweeping powers, he rejected that, on the conviction that America did not need another sovereign.

So, Article 1 is about the power of Congress - a power that limits the power of the President that once could be..

4...that of the King. Article II gives him the power of Commander in Chief of the military (duuhhh), the power to make treaties, the power to appoint officials, -- all with senate confirmation, and power to make recess appointments. And that is pretty much it....

5...#DimwitDon has been obvious in his belief that the President is King. That is why he is so frustrated with the co-equal branches of government - he is stupid, has always been stupid, has lived off of his dad's money and claimed it from his own success. He cannot even bother..

6...to read the Constitution that he swears to uphold.

However, I would encourage members of Congress to read Article 1 (and add in the impeachment provision of Article 2.) It gives powers that, in #DimwitDon's words, they seem not to believe.
