My favorite in #figureskating are many. I really love #YuzuruHanyu #AnnaShcherbakova #PapadakisCizeron and #DellaMonicaGuarise, and they are not the only ones. But lately I feel very unhappy watching them (I am better with Pairs and Ice Dance, though. Solo is killing me inside).

I think the skaters I love are great skaters and great people, but this doesn't change how bad things are. And, no, is not (just) ISU or rulings, but all the toxicity that is usually around them.

Many of the toxicity comes from fans, BTW. Is very sad.

Is that so I had another account and interacted with other fans. But a few after Olympics, I just gave up. Kept a time just reading what other people write. And feeling ashamed by them most of time. So I stopped reading regularly. That was necessary to save my mental sanity

Is so much hate around, and so many people just excusing wrongdoings, while praising bad things just to win. It hurts. Can hurt the skaters too. This is why I came back. I watched and felt so sad. I needed to scream and complain. But I felt unsafe of doing it on my old Twitter.

As I said, #figureskating fandom is toxic. So much drama, so much hate, so much "bad guys" to throw stones (most of them have done nothing, is just hate for the sake of hating someone...) I got tired. I feel really sorry for my favorite skaters, they should bring only good things

Also, dislike a lot to see people saying some things are normal and healthy when they are not. I feel sad for Annushka, as I feel sad for Sasha, Alina, Elisabet. Also feel sad for Yuzu for other type of reasons (these days I feel sad for Shoma too). Some things are just not ok.

But I couldn't, and actually can't talk. Because my favorite skaters are winning, or nearly winning, and point something wrong around them is to put in risk the victories, is disturb the happy world, and who do that surely is a "hater". So other fans said to me.

If I talk in my normal Twitter, a lot of people will come saying to me to shut up, that I am bad or a "hater". Here too, I guess, but as I said, I decided not to answer to angry people here. Will not answer to arguing also in my normal Twitter: is in hiatus anyway.
