You're too much about technical procedure, and not nearly enough about human nature.

They would never prorogue parliament to try and force Brexit that way because there would be no turning back.
Once they prorogue parliament they would have to open it with a Queen's speech, and there's no way they could get it through, you see.
Once you did it there would be no way back. No way to undo it.
At that moment of prorogation you would have chosen to leave the European Union with no deal.
They wouldn't dare.
