President Camacho supports the 2nd Amendment and knew to seek out the smartest man on the planet to save the country. Clearly he knew what was up, he was just a ridiculous person at the same time.
President Camacho did sentence Not Sure to die for not solving all the world's problems in a week though, but then again, Not Sure did cause mass unemployment on an unprecedented scale.
