Interesting study by Finnish and Japanese researchers concludes no evidence for "anthropogenic climate change."

Whether or not this study is valid, the fact that it is done by Finnish and Japanese, and ignored by Western media (reported in Russian "RT") indicates possible trend of unconventional/politically incorrect research boom in foreign universities.
the UnitedStates/West, China, and Russia all have severe restrictions on certain kinds of speech--but they are different restrictions.

But I forsee a kind of "authoritarian arbitrage" whereby Westerners take advantage of this.
In Russia you might not be able to criticize Putin, but you can conduct studies research on gender, etc. without reprisals that would exist in USA.

In China you cannot criticize communist party or Xi, but you can study genetic basis of intelligence, etc. more freely.
It is perhaps significant that, when the United States clown world machine destroyed the greatest living American scientist---James Watson---and Dr. Watson had to sell his Nobel Prize, it was a Russian billionaire who purchased it and gave it back to him.
This concept of mine, "Authoritarian Arbitrage" is worth developing.

Perhaps I'll write something up that explores it in greater detail.
