The newly unsealed search warrant materials in Michael Cohen's case are up in SDNY, per judge's order yesterday. In the first exhibit (which is 200+ pages so I don't have a link yet), this is what the prev. redacted section on the campaign contribution allegations looks like now

The FBI agent recounts how, the day after the Access Hollywood tape on 10/7/16, Cohen had a series of phone calls over the course of two hours with Hope Hicks, then-candidate Trump, and two AMI execs, David Pecker and Dylan Howard. The Stormy Daniels letter was signed 10/10/16

The FBI agent doesn't know the substance of those calls, only the phone numbers involved and how long the calls lasted — Hicks told another FBI agent she didn't learn about Stomy Daniels' allegations until the following month

The FBI agent notes two back-to-back phone calls between Cohen and Trump on Oct. 26, while Cohen is in the midst of opening the bank account and moving the $130K that was used to pay Stormy Daniels

On Oct. 28, 2016, after Cohen wired the $130K to Stormy Daniels' rep at the time and was confirming with all parties involved that everything was set with the hush agreement, the FBI agent notes another call with Trump

On Nov. 4, 2016, after the Wall Street Journal pubbed a story about the National Enquirer's role in the Karen McDougal agreement, Cohen texted an AMI exec: "He's pissed." The FBI agent says they believe "He" is a reference to Trump

There are still redactions in these materials. A 7/15/19 letter from the govt asks to keep certain identities secret, and the judge partially agreed. A person familiar with the case told us the reference to "certain individuals" in the footnote is not Trump or his family members

The takeaway, at least from this first exhibit, is that the FBI agent who secured the search warrant made a point of connecting then-candidate Trump to the swirl of communications between Cohen, AMI, and Stormy Daniels' rep about the hush money agreement
