I'm not sure who Cohen was negotiating with to buy his taxi medallions for $20 million (the deal eventually fell through), based on redaction below (and a few others) it looks like last name may start with 'V' or 'W' (first name may start with 'A')

I'm intrigued by mystery of who offered to buy out Cohen's taxi biz for approx $20 mil - it was in 2017 when he was working for RNC & Trump's personal lawyer, while deal didn't go through the person had financial influence w/Cohen to help bail him out
