.@TMobile your insurance parter @Assurant is #garbage. I need to wait 5 days for my claim to be reviewed? I should just not have a phone and then they will contact me on my broken phone to tell me if I was approved? How stupid. What am I supposed to do for a week + shipping time?
I just got off the phone with a manager at @Assurant who told me that since my phone isn’t working I should “go to the library” to check on my claim! That they “do now know why” my claim was flagged for additional review, tht they “wish they could tell” me why, but cant. @TMobile
They said they know that the claim only involves general info and a 1 sentence discription of the incident but that it will still take up to 5 days to review and they they “wished they had a bigger team to do reviews” but they don’t. And that it’s fine bc @TMobile, agreed to this
.@TMobile @TMobileHelp these answers from your insurance partner are completely unacceptable! Bc they are unable to provide me with any reason my claim needs to be reviewed it’s possible after 5 days they are going to email me to ask for more info even though I CANT GET EMAILS!
I still can’t get over the fact that a manager at @TMobile’s insurance partner @Assurant just told me to “GO TO THE LIBRARY” every day this week to check on my claim status bc they can’t process my claim until likely next week and only then will contact my broken phone!
