Is there a precedent for this? This doesn’t look like “advice and consen.”

Remember this day, and remember that McConnell changed nominee debate rules to ram his donors, and his wife’s FedSoc and George W. Bush era associates, through their confirmations.
Am I wrong, or couldn’t @senatedems have asked for a roll call vote for each of these nominees? According to Senate rules, “one-fifth of a quorum” can request a roll call vote, and Democrats had that number present.
