Remember stories last month about Maria Butina's attys accusing the govt of withholding info about contacts btween Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne and the FBI about Butina? In a letter to her counsel, DOJ IG said any probe will be handled by the Office of Professional Responsibility
OPR is the DOJ office that handles complaints against attorneys that relate to how they do their job specifically as lawyers. The inspector general's office handles broader workplace issues like fraud and harassment (though that divide has been a source of tension in the past)
Butina has an appeal of her conviction pending in the DC Circuit, but hasn't filed papers yet articulating what exactly she'll be arguing if she decides to pursue that. Here's Fox News' story on the new claim of prosecutorial misconduct from her lawyers: foxnews.com/politics/lawye…

Hinckley's lawyer said one of the things they're considering is that he might want to move out to California at some point to pursue a job in the music industry — music therapy has been a big part of his treatment in Virginia
