“Charles Thomas Sebesta, of Huntington Beach, is expected to make his initial court appearance this afternoon in United States District Court in Los Angeles. Sebesta has been charged with six counts of wire fraud, five counts of bank fraud and two counts of aggravated ID theft.”

“In June 2010, Sebesta allegedly used stolen church funds to purchase a membership at Club 33, Disneyland’s exclusive dining club, where he hosted high-profile entertainment companies, including professional sports teams, and their employees.”

“Albert Aiad-Toss, 52, was indicted on four counts of sex trafficking of a minor and one count of production of child pornography.

Aiad-Toss is allegedly to have used force, threats of force, fraud or coercion to cause three minor victims to engage in commercial sex acts at various points in June 201 9. The victims ranged in age from 12 to 14 years old, according to the indictment.”
