It just strikes me as interesting that the SEC investigation was initiated in 1992, while Bush I was in office - and Barr was Attorney General (aka Coverup General).

True, he wasn't in charge of the SEC, but I can't help but think he had a bit of influence with key players.
That said, I can't help but wonder...
