Why do I need to pay an extra 2% when I deposit over N500,000 or pay 3% when I withdraw same? After paying account maintenance charges monthly, ATM maintenance charge, stamp duty charges and transaction charges when I transfer to other banks? This cashless policy is confusing.
Why is CBN squeezing citizens hard? Why not go about this cashless policy in ways that will not amount to paying extra charges on transactions?
Asking questions about a policy or criticising the cashless policy, especially the extra charges is not hate/dislike for Buhari/APC. If we remain silent we will all suffer the consequences of multiple charges irrespective of your political affiliations. Please wake up.
Stop making everything about Buhari. He has another 3/4 years on the stage. Our lives, families and businesses need to survive. Please stop politicising every single issue!

Theresa May had no business suspending the Post Study Work VISA in the first place. But extreme conservatives never get it. It was all about immigration figures. Even when most Vice Chancellors & University leadership were against it. She had her way. Making the UK lose billions.

Over the weekend, an event, Northern Youth Forum held in "a location"😂 that was known only to the children of the elite class, political class, and "almost" one faith based and then dominated majorly by active members of one party, then boldly and arrogantly called NORTHERN!
In these kind of gathering, the RICH and LITERATE tell the POOR and ILLITERATE why they are in that state and then come up with decisions for the POOR and ILLITERATE without actually understanding why the POOR is the ILLITERATE or the ILLITERATE is POOR.
They'd propose EDUCATION (the innocent culprit whenever a Nigerian wants to explain away the reason for our sorry state) , GIRLCHILD education, GENDER INCLUSION and an end to ALMAJIRANCI. What will follow is grouping and solicitations for funds.

Tutorial on how to make a map using QGIS. I'll turn @SenhorRaposa's 2000 Vermont town data into a map showing by how much Gore outran Senator Jeffords (or vice versa) in every town.
Step 1: Download QGIS for your computer, which is available here:
qgis.org/en/site/foruse…
You'll also need some of Census' Tiger/Line County and County Sub shapefiles. The main download page for those is here:
census.gov/cgi-bin/geo/sh…

A direct link to the 2017 VT county sub shapefile is here: ftp://ftp2.census.gov/geo/tiger/TIGER2017/COUSUB/tl_2017_50_cousub.zip
I can't find a 2017 County file by state, so we'll use the 2009 verison here:

(We could always edit the 17 national county file in QGIS & create a 2017 VT-only county shapefile, but let's keep it simple.)
