1/ PROCESS IS ITS OWN PRINCIPLE

From the article: 'The amazing evolution of Brassica Oleracea just goes to show: Humans have been tinkering with the genetics of our food for much longer than we've been creating what are now known as....

2/...genetically modified foods, or GMOs. These new lab techniques just let us do it in a more precise and directed way'

Whether you agree with GMO's or not, this artcicle is breathtakingly spurious -a brussel sprout is NOT a transgenic organism but a selection of desired traits
3/...Further a lab created transgenic organism is nothing like one which Nature created and had to survive/be incorporated into the ecology.

GMO freaks seem to suffer from survivorship bias - "Nature created GMO's and it worked, so we'll do the same!"
4/ This is like looking at successful businesses and assuming if you start a business you will be successful.

Process matters - You can be sensible and lose 8kilos thru diet and exercise or be an idiot and lose weight by chopping your arm off. The end result is 'the same'.
