I'm not going to live-tweet the whole of Cameron's book (reviewing it tomorrow), but it has some good lines: “Britain’s unstable position in a changing EU was the biggest can kicked down the longest road.” 
He nearly called the book Decisions – possibly too much like George W Bush’s Decision Points
