Thread - (1/n) #POCUS findings in Left Main coronary occlusion.. this is not a STEMI - its WORSE ! M/50, 12 h intermittent chest pain. 2 hours of constant chest pain. Normal BP, no rales... but.. ECG horrible.

Thread - (3/n) - admitted to Coronary ICU, where patient goes into cardiogenic shock. Intubated and taken to cath lab. Successful PPCI to critical left main occlusion.
Thread - 4/4 - normalized hemodynamics and extubated 12 hours post PCI. #POCUS helped recognize critical illness and predict deterioration - for which interventionist was prepared and timely therapy could be offered.
