1. The Gift of Healing. 1Cor 12: 7-9; ‘’ But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit… #HealthyLiving
2. “…to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit” #HealthyLiving
3. Looking at the last words of Jesus, he gives instruction to what he’s leaving behind for the Church, and from those words, we can infer the potential he put in the Church. #HealthyLiving
4. When Jesus says disciple and lead, Jesus knows He is putting leadership potential in the Church, so I say that the Church, potentially speaking, is the greatest leadership production factory on the planet. #HealthyLiving
5. Jesus gives his marching orders in this scripture; Mark 16:15-18. So at a basic level, each Christian is supernaturally endowed to solve problems. Jesus did not design for the Christian to be a liability to the society. #HealthyLiving
6. Jesus designed for a Christian to be someone that the community cannot do without. The Christian is the salt of the earth. The society is supposed to be flavourless without the presence of the Christian. #HealthyLiving
7. Jesus expects us to preach, cast out demons, and to heal the sick. Jesus has programmed into the church the capacity to preach to people to be free from sin, and the capacity to terminate demonic activity and heal sicknesses and diseases. #HealthyLiving
8. Today, I want to say that it is our business to lay hands on and pray for the sick and expect them to be healed. The first option when we come across a sick person is prayer; that shoud be the starting point. #HealthyLiving
9. When it comes to the area of solving problems, there are specializations. They are gifts; you don’t need to struggle to do them. (1Cor. 12:28-31). #HealthyLiving
10. Also, with healing, there are areas of specialization that God will heal through us. Those that have the gift of healing find that they get better results with specific ailments that other people would get. #HealthyLiving
11. HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE A GIFT OF HEALING? #HealthyLiving
12. (A) You have a strong desire to see people healed. When you hear that someone is sick, something stirs within you. If you want the gifts of the Spirit to operate through your life; Love has to be your motivation. #HealthyLiving
13. When you genuinely care about people and then you see someone in pain, you will be moved with compassion #HealthyLiving
14. (B) It is very likely that if you have received healing from a significant ailment in the past, God can use that experience to birth the capacity for faith in your heart for other people. (2Cor 1:3-4). #HealthyLiving
15. (C) The area of service you prefer has to do with healing. #HealthyLiving
16. (D) You have received prophesies or acknowledgment from leaders or even strangers that healing is your calling. #HealthyLiving
17. (E) Practically speaking, people are being healed through you. You have had great results by praying for ailing people to recover. #HealthyLiving
18. Remember that you are a steward, you own nothing. God will ask what you did with the gift. You cannot deny the world your gift (1Pet. 4:10). #HealthyLiving
19. You are only able to know whether you have the gift of healing by reason of use. Lay hands on and pray for as many ailing people as possible. (Heb. 5:14). #HealthyLiving
20. I pray that if God has given you the gift of healing, the power of God rests on that gift right now. #HealthyLiving
