PM’s Advice to Queen unlawful, Prorogation unlawful, prorogation void, no effect, unanimous decision of the Supreme Court.
Supreme Court was contemptuous of the Government’s argument that even if the Prorogation advice to the Queen was unlawful, the Royal commission’s actual physical prorogation ceremony was a Parliamentary proceeding that essentially should be protected by Bill of Rights.
