Here's a copy of the actual police report of six-year-old Kaia's arrest by Orlando cop Dennis Turner last week.

Note the indication on the second page that her first-grade teacher, Beverly Stoute, wants to press charges and is willing to testify against her in court.
Also note the indication that Ms. Stoute made both a verbal and written statement to Officer Turner. That written statement has not been released by the police department.
In the report, Ms. Stoute is listed as an assistant principal, but she is Kaia's first-grade teacher.

Earlier today, she released a statement saying the report was inaccurate and she never wanted to press charges.
It was made together with kindergarten teacher, LaTrice Smith, not mentioned in the report.

"We did not ask for either student to be arrested neither did we want to pursue criminal charges.”
Ms. Stoute's status as a teacher is also unclear. She is not listed as certified by the relevant Florida state authorities. She had been listed under faculty, as first-grade teacher, on the school's website. She is now listed under staff, but still with the designation, teacher.
There is bodycam footage of the arrest, but Orlando PD is refusing to release it, along with the statement made by Ms. Stoute, citing state laws, which limit the release of information in juvenile cases. orlandosentinel.com/news/breaking-…
