Fed. judge dismisses lawsuit from NY, NJ, CT, MD seeking to hold the SALT cap in the GOP's tax reform unconstitutional under the Tenth Amendment.

The Court rejected two main arguments from the states: (1) that the SALT deduction cap will disrupt their ability to set tax policy how they want; and (2) that the SALT cap targets certain states for disfavored treatment.
Somebody asked me on here the other day when I was talking about THE FEDERALIST No. 65 whether any judges actually refer to the Federalist Papers.
