@DevlinBarrett @mattzap ...working for the FBI, CIA, or possibly British or Italian intelligence. Giuliani is perhaps the most prominent proponent of this theory. There's no substantiated evidence to support it, tho. And US officials have identified Mifsud as a possible agent for Russia.
