The depressing thing about these stories is that they clearly suggest these companies are more afraid of losing the Chinese market than the American one when it comes to stances on anti-authoritarian protests, and, well, they're probably right.
Realistically, how many Americans are gonna stop watching the Rockets if they go totally tankie on the Hong Kong protests?

Good morning to everyone except Gannett, which is spamming the @azrepublicguild with this bad-faith nonsense before their election tomorrow.

Newsrooms are a family right up until you demand more bargaining power, at which point management instantly turns into Walmart.
(the @azrepublicguild folks are lovely and are being very positive about their campaign, whilst I am happy to get in fights with trolls for dayyyyyyyyys)
