Here is Doug Shoen's FARA Filing, showing that he was working for Victor Pinchuk (numbered page 5).

In the attachment (what would be numbered page 11) you can find the April 12th meeting Schoen set up between Ukrainian Parliamentarian Olga Bielkova, Liz Zentos and...Eric Ciaramella.

Schoen attempted to set up 72 other meetings, mostly w/members of Congress.

But the New York Times refused to do so:

They are smaller.

I've long said that one of the biggest mistakes conservatives made was valuing media on financial - as opposed to influence - basis.
And yes, the two can be intertwined.

But you don't buy the Washington Post at the valuations Bezos did based on circulation. Same for CNN, etc, etc.
You buy them for the long game. Desired political influence.

True Conservatives blew it here for not recognizing (or ignoring) the more basic underlying valuation.
