2/ ...your right to teach them as you wish is not an exclusive right...you can teach as you wish as a matter of free speech, but WE have the right to expose your kid to other things and ideas, as a function of them living in OUR society...
3/ Unless you intend to keep your kids in their room forever and never let them out here with the rest of us (and if you do that you're an abuser and should have your kids taken from you), then you have to deal with them being exposed to other ideas than yours...
4/ Your "right" to raise them to view LGBTQ people as lesser, as evil, or whatever does not preclude us from trying to teach your kids that their daddy's an idiot (and then the kids can decide). We are a society, and have the right to expect people to function in a society...
5/ So the idea you have a right to protect your children from views of those who disagree with your small minded nonsense is absurd. You do you. We'll do us & in the end, your kids will decide. They are already abandoning the provincial inanity of people like Ben...you will lose
