Next time I’m in court and I don’t agree with my client’s case I’m going to submit my written submissions then privately send a post-it note to the judge saying I don’t really think that.
Can’t see what could be wrong with that. I’m just expressing my heartfelt view, not my fault my duty to my client is to present their rubbish case
The judge will get it and I’m sure the Bar Standards Board will praise me for doing what’s best for me and justice if not my client
